1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website or asking us to provide a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any service-specific terms shown at checkout, in an enrolment form, invoice, booking confirmation, or written agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase a service.
“Grow Wings”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Grow Wings Education Consultancy and the Grow Wings team for the purposes of this website.
2. Our services
Grow Wings offers education and professional-growth experiences that may include educator training, career-readiness support, student enrichment, seasonal camps, community programmes, consultations, workshops, and personal transformation or wellness experiences.
Programme descriptions, speakers, dates, formats, availability, prices, and outcomes may change. The details that apply to your purchase are the details confirmed for that service at the time of enrolment.
3. Eligibility and guardians
You must provide accurate information and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement. If you are booking for a child or young learner, you confirm that you are their parent, guardian, school representative, or other authorised adult and that you have permission to provide the information required for participation.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for a child’s supervision, safety information, attendance arrangements, and decisions about whether a programme is suitable.
4. Booking, payment, and refunds
A booking or enrolment is subject to availability and is confirmed only when we or our payment or booking provider confirms it. You agree to provide complete and accurate billing and contact information and to pay the price displayed or otherwise agreed.
Our Refund Policy explains the default cancellation and refund rules. A service-specific agreement may contain additional payment or cancellation terms.
Platinum Community membership and payment terms
Platinum Community is a fixed-price, one-time membership. The selected checkout currency and displayed price apply to that order. Payment is confirmed only after Razorpay records a successful captured payment; an authorised or pending payment is not confirmation.
Membership may include interview and demo-lesson preparation, professional profiling and representation, curriculum and pedagogy orientation, CV and résumé refinement, mentoring, and professional growth resources. The preparation phase depends on your readiness and school hiring timelines.
Platinum membership supports preparation and professional positioning. It does not guarantee interviews, employment, placement, visa approval, salary, school offers, or hiring timelines.
Community access and paid materials are personal and non-transferable. You must not share a private WhatsApp invite or paid materials. We may suspend or remove access for misuse. We use third-party services including Razorpay, Resend, and WhatsApp; their terms also apply. Refund requests are handled under the published Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights.
A WhatsApp invite already delivered to a buyer cannot be automatically revoked. If access later becomes ineligible, we can block future delivery and may manually remove a member from the group. 5. Acceptable use
You must not use the website or our services to:
- break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or submit information you are not authorised to share;
- interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorised access;
- copy, sell, record, distribute, or publicly share paid materials, sessions, or participant information without written permission; or
- harass, threaten, discriminate against, or materially disrupt other participants, speakers, staff, or partners.
We may suspend access or participation where reasonably necessary to protect people, content, systems, or the integrity of a programme.
6. Intellectual property
The website, Grow Wings name and branding, original text, graphics, recordings, programme materials, and other content belong to Grow Wings or its licensors unless stated otherwise. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use materials supplied to you for your own learning or participation.
You must obtain written permission before reproducing, adapting, publishing, teaching from, commercially exploiting, or sharing our materials outside the permitted use.
7. Important notices
Our education, career, and wellness content is provided for learning, planning, and general support. It is not medical, psychological, legal, immigration, financial, or other regulated professional advice. EFT and Ho’oponopono experiences are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.
Career guidance, mentoring, CV support, interview preparation, candidate visibility, and introductions do not guarantee a job, placement, visa, salary, school offer, admission, or any particular result. You are responsible for your own decisions and for independently checking opportunities, qualifications, contracts, and official requirements.
We aim to provide accurate and useful information, but we do not promise that the website or every piece of content will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.
8. Third-party services and links
We may link to or use third-party services such as Calendly, payment processors, video platforms, learning platforms, social networks, and external websites. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices, and Grow Wings is not responsible for their independent systems or content.
9. Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Grow Wings will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is not permitted.
The law and dispute-resolution forum stated in your service agreement, order, invoice, or enrolment confirmation will apply. Where no service-specific agreement states otherwise, mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable to the transaction will continue to apply.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects an existing paid booking, we will communicate the relevant service-specific position where required.
