Anju Mehta
Ms. Anju Mehta is the Founder and CEO of Grow Wings – Education Consultancy, an organisation committed to nurturing well-being, resilience, and professional growth across schools and communities, while partnering with schools to build capable teams and supportive learning environments. Her professional journey includes working with organisations such as the British Council, Educomp, and GEMS.
With over a decade of leadership experience in education across India and the UAE, she has held key roles including Headmistress, Principal, and Assistant Principal in some of the most respected schools in both regions. Her expertise is strengthened by certifications in the Inspection Framework and Level 3 International Safeguarding — equipping her to guide schools on affiliation readiness, compliance, and the safe, child-centred practices every board now expects.
A respected educational leader, teacher coach, and voice within the educator community, Ms. Mehta is known for her practical, people-centred approach. Through Grow Wings, she supports schools with leadership talent search and development, teacher training, and professional growth — helping schools attract committed educators and grow strong, confident leaders from within.
She is also the founder of the Grow Wings Platinum Community, a supportive professional network that inspires, connects, and uplifts educators through mentorship, guidance, shared learning, and career empowerment. She is the author of A Letter to Teachers and the recipient of the Innovator Educator of the Year Award.

Mansi Kaushal is an accomplished Art & Design Educator and Head of Business Development & Partnerships at Grow Wings Wellness & Education, with over 20 years of experience across India and the UAE.
A Master of Arts in Painting & Drawing, she has taught at premier institutions including GEMS Founders School, Dubai, and Delhi Private School, Ras Al Khaimah, bringing creativity, passion, and purpose to every learning experience.
At Grow Wings, Mansi leads business development, strategic partnerships, teacher training, recruitment initiatives, seminars, workshops, and educational events, while building meaningful collaborations with educators, schools, and education professionals.
Specialising in KS3 Art & Design, curriculum development, creative mentorship, professional development, and education partnerships, she is committed to nurturing the artist in every child, developing the leader in every learner, and creating opportunities that contribute to the growth of the education community.
